Updated VM Not Showing New Content #88

The initial PROGRAM of the VM works. Any UPDATE of the VM doesn't return any unexpected command-line errors and appears to go through successfully. When reloading the VMs URL, the output never changes to the updated output. I've tried using both ZIP and SquashFS output without any luck.

This is being done on Windows 10 with Python 3.9.7 in Visual Studio Code.

Suggestion: It could be useful to insert the id of version that is being executed in HTTP headers.

Uploaded a new test earlier this evening. Same as before, the updated output wasn't showing for 5-10 minutes after the update. I checked on it again about 4 hours later and the new output is now there.

A fix in the Core channel node software, to be published as v0.1.12, should fix this issue.
