iPhone users have reported that images on https://test-convey.aletheiaware.com/conversation?id=6 are not displaying and instead a grey rectangle is displayed

The user reported they are working now, not sure why they weren't showing initially but glad they are showing now. Closing for now, can reopen if the issue resurfaces.
