User autofill widget problems

There are two issues at least on the New Worker Merit allocation form, likely can be found on other forms where the users need to select from autofill widget

1. users can enter any value into the field. In case of Worker Merit allocation form, the result is that the allocation is made for the Anonymous user.

2. In Safari on Mac if AutoFill web forms is set to Use info from contacts then the Safari-provided drop-down is blocking the Rovas drop-down so it is impossible to make a choice from it.
