Moodle Version: Moodle 3.6.3+

if i use the Parameter --forcepasswordchange=all it doessnt work
`Error code: codingerror

  • line 1925 of /lib/moodlelib.php: coding_exception thrown
  • line 771 of /admin/tool/uploadusercli/classes/user.php: call to set_user_preference()
  • line 530 of /admin/tool/uploadusercli/classes/user.php: call to tool_uploadusercli_user->get_final_update_data()
  • line 239 of /admin/tool/uploadusercli/classes/processor.php: call to tool_uploadusercli_user->prepare()
  • line 254 of /admin/tool/uploadusercli/cli/uploadusercli.php: call to tool_uploadusercli_processor->execute()`

the Parameter --forcepasswordchange=weak works fine.
