Basically do what /pending does on the telegram bot but output for the CLI

Is there a way to see in flight forwarding requests and/or requests which failed and the reason? Especially via Telegram? i.e. get a notification when something is pending?

I seem to remember hearing of this in a youtube video years ago but can't see anything like that in the documentation.

Notifications would be annoying but you can see things in flight with /pending in telegram
