What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure a redis user DB (or not)
2. Configure turn to use this DB (or any address if not configured in 1.)
3. Log file says it is connected, but auth will just fail when you try to
authenticate, without saying there's an error with the connection :(
(Error displayed at auth is "cannot find credentials of user <user>"
We should indicate that the connection failed. And why it has failed.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version 3.2.3.2-1 on Ubuntu 12.04
