Name collision with "Gallium"

Gallium is a low-level set of platform graphics driver libraries, and is used on multiple operating systems to allow implementing interfaces for graphics APIs (DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan) on top of different drivers.

This causes also the issue that the "gallium" package name in most linux distros is already used, so this project would have to be called something different there.

'gallium-go' or something of that nature would work fine, i'd say.

gallium-go might imply that it's a Gallium3D binding or port in Go.

Wouldn't 'gallium-go' and 'go-gallium' have the same connotation?

This seems like a non-issue IMO - tons of projects have the same name. Also:

• It seems like they universally refer to themselves as Gallium3D and...
• It's not even another Go project in the same arena where you'd need to worry about package collision names
