npm publish 3.1.0 #43

Travis-CI with zuul now works and I have updated all the dependencies.

@alexgorbatchev if you would npm publish.

It would also be nice if you would npm owner add andreasmadsen so I can do it myself in the future.

The current master isn't passing npm test for me.

Did you setup zuul on your local computer? If not this is how: https://github.com/defunctzombie/zuul/wiki/Cloud-testing

that worked.

all done, you can now publish as well
