Whenever I set the bed-temp for "First Layer" and "Other Layer" to 0, it is ignored by slic3r and reset to the value before (60) after reloading. It even writes the wait-command to the GCODE-File.

My Version is 0.9.9 but is has been in 0.9.8, too, and mayber the Version before also. Just forgot to issue it here. ;)

I am seeing this too. Looks like it is related to 1094 (Fillament Temperature Settings Revert on Save)

If I set the heat bed values to 0 then save, they revert to 60. If I set them to 1 and save, it saves ok and I can then set them to 0 and save without issue. From then on (at least so far) I can set the temperatures to 60 and back to 0 without issue.

Looks like it will update if you set it to a non zero value other than the one already shown. i.e. if the bed temperature is 60, setting it to 61 will update and you can then set it to 0.
