When slicing multi-material objects the top and bottom solid layers are missing at the internal interfaces between adjacent materials.

This is fine when using opaque materials. However it may produce undesired results when using transparent materials or (as in my case) when using PVA support material which will be dissolved.

Can an option be added to include solid top and bottom layers on internal interfaces?

Thanks.

Done! An option is now available for this. Includes unit test.
