How do I change the scale and number of copies in the new plater GUI?

The previous Dashboard had buttons to click on to change the scale, rotation, copies, etc. The new plater shows the scale and copies, but there's no button to click to change them, or is there?

Windows isn't displaying the PNG icons of the nice toolbar which contains all of the manipulation buttons... They're displayed on Mac and Linux but maybe I should switch to GIF images for Windows.

I also don't see these icons (Windows 7)... would be nice to have some other method of using these features when you can't see the icons. Even empty boxes with tooltips would be enough for me.
