Can't save event

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

I guess it's user error -
when I'm suppose to enter the url
I just made up anything eg. test

The error message repeats -
but it doesn't recover - even though I change the url - the saving won't save.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

create a date with today - end date tomorrow
put test into the url for /event/

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
The page should eventually progress to next page - or add the event successfully.
