Show number of distinct values contained in the "Other" node

Display the number of distinct values contained within the the "Other" node to give the user a sense of the data they are working with.

v0.1.0.9000 (dev) will now display warnings that show how many distinct values there are if the constraints (node.limit or user-supplied limit) were less then the total number of possible values (nodes). Consider updating the "Other" nodes to have titles like "Other (7)" to indicate how many values are included within the node.
