Detailed description of the project can be found in the supplementary inforamation. Here, the code for the three major parts of the analysis (Artifical landscape creation, Archetypal case-study analysis and Systematic sensitivity analysis) can be found, as well as the the functions required to implement the code and input files to set model constants.
In order to run the code, download all files, save them in one folder and set that folder to the working directory of R. Alternatively modify the path of read-in commands.
