Analysis of RNAseq data for inflammation in pregnant mice and fetuses
The present working version is in the manual branch, so called because it uses hard-coded statements inside R scripts when linking to results and parameters. This means that changing the input/output/parameter statements in Snakemake will not affect the most recent rules, but in its present form version control still works.
