Detection of queued images doesn't on some sites

On some websites, the images don't pass the data-processed flag, they don't get a data-blurred flag which probably indicates the detection didn't run on them or the result wasn't used, need to investigate why this happens and resolve it,
Also need to rename and standardise the dataset flags to avoid confusion:
queued -> loaded -> processing -> processed -> blurred
