How to do multiple autocomplete components with same query [Vue3]

Hello, I'm trying to create two boxes (in different components). I created custom component, setup all i need in this component. It works fine.

But when i create two instances of this component, I'm unable to sync query between them. Other libraries provide v-model binding, which can be passed from parent, but I'm unable to find any mentions of some variable sync methods neither manually setting query value in this library.
