How to get motion-blurry LQ and GT images？

I just download the GoPro_Large datasets，but how get the LQ and GT，can I just crop like REDS？

I wrote a python script to extract them (with 'shutil'). The code is flexible and you can write whatever you want to split the data into clean and blurry directories.
