Hi,

I wanted to use your iso-rank matching algorithm on windows. Using make Makefile with mingw32 gives me the message:
make: Nothing to be done for 'Makefile'.

Searching for the problem did not provide any usefull information.
Do you have any suggestions how I can compile the code.

just try sudo make
it should automatically detect the Makefile and run it
