Reminders dialog has been the same for a long time, and it's due to a refresh. Along with the time/date pickers.

The dialog should separate the date, and time when each of them has their own field. The date/time pickers should also get refreshed to be part of the app by matching the font (Nunito), and the color of the folder to indicate a more seamless user experience using Material 3.
