Refine how selection/dragging is handled

Notes selection was introduced in v2.2.0, and I believe it's one of the best features of Noto currently. But, there's a slight issue which has been discussed a bit in #143. The issue talks about making selection more accessible, and easier. That's why in the next update, selection will be handled differently:

Instead of long click -> Select -> Options, it would be just a long click -> Options. And, instead of long click -> Select -> Options -> Select All, it would be long click -> Select all.

Even more, dragging notes are also handled by long clicking when sorting is manual. No need for an extra button which disturbs the layout and the view.

I believe this way will make it more effortless, and quicker to select/drag any note, without having to jump through dialogs or extra buttons.
