设备倍速为8的时候崩溃 #744

1、SMPMessageControllerListener.ProcessSetSpeed取消2.0倍速限制
2、修改MAX_SPEED 属性设置成8

当修改完这两个属性后
0.5-5倍速都是没有问题的
当设置成8的时候进行seek播放进度 ffmpegAudioFilter.cpp文件中的push 中frame 会为null 调用FilterLoop函数崩溃
