[Feat][Spark]Revise the Neo4j2GraphAr and GraphAr2Neo4j example with GraphWriter and GraphReader

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The neo4j case could be a good get-started case for Spark SDK and since the graph level writer and reader to more intuitional than vertex/edge writer and reader, better to revise the case with graph level reader and writer.

For user to run the case directly without modify the code, provide some scripts to deploy environments and run on local.
