Type: bug report

What happened

Pod keep being "ContainerCreating" for a long time. And "failed to set link to host netns: file exists" error exist in the output of kubectl describe po.

What you expected to happen

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

It happens randomly.

Environment

  • hybridnet version: v0.4.0
  • OS (e.g. cat /etc/os-release): CentOS 8
  • Kernel (e.g. uname -a):
  • Kubernetes version: 1.20.4
