1、SSH设置不灵活，多台服务器的用户名和密码有可能不一样。
2、第一次dump的等待时间逻辑，为什么不使用join()。
3、定期任务可以使用Quartz来完成，不要简陋的timer以及自己写while的形式循环往线程池加任务线程。
