你是要横向滚动吗？ 那需要把 LayoutManager 设置成水平方向

是想要垂直滚动的列表中，可以插入一个水平滚动的layoutmanager.
请问需要怎么设置呢

那就是这个区域放一个 ViewPager 或者横向滚动的 RecyclerView，参考 demo 里第一个位置的 item，它是可滚动的。

RecyclerView 嵌套 RecyclerView 有些卡顿
