• wxc-slider-bar 单滑水平选择条 滑动到最前部的时候 后面的条动了
• 滑动条的背景不应该随着滑动而改变

是demo中使用的weex-ui 版本有点低导致，升级即可
tnpm i weex-ui@latest -S
