I think the link to get a slack token is out of date. I think this is what you want now:

https://api.slack.com/custom-integrations/legacy-tokens

Alternatively, you can sniff your token using dev tools for a manual delete request from the Slack webapp.

Unfortunately, according to the docs, legacy tester tokens may no longer be created. ;(
