Restart the incrementalEngine from an existing reconstruction.

I want make this feature possible for the Incremental Pipeline soon.
I have already the idea of how doing it.. and it must allow also to speed up a bit the actual pipeline.

If we have already compute matches in a set of images, we can now
generate a new pairList with only the new matches to perform.
