Re-check Russian transcriptions (palatalization missing in unaccented syllables)

Thanks to Igor Yanovich, pointing to this error in transcription of Russian in http://alignments.lingpy.org/multiple.php?msa=phonalign_655.html

Russian should be pʲ e pʲ ɪ l

This may probably also occur in other instances where unaccented vowels occur, and it seems best to check all data (not too much for 20 words in the sample...)
