不填（留空）即禁用

@xhofe 这不是目前的行为

图里留空是读取了环境变量中的 HTTP_PROXT / HTTPS_PROXY，实际启动时也确实连接了代理，我没有办法留空，除非我去掉环境变量

但是一般不会在系统环境变量中设置 HTTP_PROXT / HTTPS_PROXY 吧，而是临时在命令行手动设置

当然这也可以做到，我先reopen。
