Hi, I cannot run the script anymore because it takes a lot of RAM (above 16GB) and the PC crashes.
I get the following warning in RStudio: <string>:185: FutureWarning: The frame.append method is deprecated and will be removed from pandas in a future version. Use pandas.concat instead.
I read this, but i don't know ho to implement the charge properly in the Python script.
I'm using RStudio 2022.02.3, pandas==1.4.0, Python 3.10.7.

Reduced number of simulation to make the R0 computation with less resources.
