有没有强名称(strong name)版的SDK

建议为程序集添加强名称，由于没有强名称，导致开发者在引用程序集时，无法为自身程序集添加强名称，在.net中，强名称程序集无法引用无强名称的程序集，希望能够及时改进。

只需要在解决方案根目录中增加 Directory.Build.props 文件，即可对所有项目生效

$(MSBuildThisFileDirectory)StrongName.snk true

并将StrongName.snk放在解决方案根目录
