系统环境 windows 7 旗舰版 Visual Studio 2010 旗舰版
在.Net Framework 4.0 Mvc 3.0 web 程序中引用2.9.0版本
https://www.nuget.org/packages/Aliyun.OSS.SDK
Install-Package Aliyun.OSS.SDK -Version 2.9.0
引用后 using Aliyun.OSS;未能找到命名空间
