oss生成签字的时间是哪个时区？ #42

现在说下遇到的问题，我程序里面使用的是 UCT+0时区，调用ossAPI就是失败。生成签字没问题，应该是时区不一样造成阿里云验证签字失败。

我看sdk直接 time 函数，并没有时区设置，例如七牛他们会吧时区设置成0时区。

使用 signUrl 生成 的 url 无法上传，提示签字验证失败 使用 putobject 就是成功的
