don't know how to use lane.py to evaluate my result.

The instruction is a little misleading. You just need to do something similar to this:
[cd project root]
python tools/condlanenet/tusimple/test_tusimple.py configs/condlanenet/tusimple/tusimple_small_test.py preTrained/tusimple_small.pth
preTrained/tusimple_small.pth is the pretrained model
