Parameter estimation problem when Winf is estimated but Wfs or eta_Fs are not #23

The estimation returns Wfs equal to 1000 and eta_F equal to 0.05 without respect to Winf.
eta_F has to be 0.05 and Wfs has to be Winf*0.05.

The problem is in parameters function. Test has to be added too.
