Cannot use azure storage when creating a new project in the UI

Describe the bug

When I create a new project from the WebUI, I cannot set the Default output destination to an azure url.

Expected behaviour

I was told in the Slack chat that we should be able to use Azure as default output.

Environment

ClearML server deployed using docker-compose, on an Opensuse Leap 15.4 machine.
ClearML server version from the UI: WebApp: 1.11.0-373 • Server: 1.11.0-373 • API: 2.25
