Ability to edit configuration of autoscalers without resorting to cloning #811

Proposal Summary

Autoscaler apps should be able to be edited and restarted without having to clone them.

Motivation

Current way to edit an app is to clone, edit the clone and launch, but this is very cumbersome when you have reached your workspace's apps limit.

@jkhenning Any news on that topic ? I can't find the corresponding PR so I guess it is still in backlog.

Hi @MightyGoldenJA ,

You now have the option to export and import autoscaler configurations, so you can basically edit it yourself and start an instance with the new settings
