Home or "splash" page refinement updates needed

Description

I noticed a few inconsistencies on the homepage compared to the design that will help the styling look a little more refined.

Expected Behavior

Use this IMG for guidance.

• Spacing between sections on top and bottom should be consistent 30-40px is a good gap choice.
• Spacing between dataset info is too great. Should be reduced to about 10px. There is phantom 2px margins on all paragraphs.
• Styling is missing from some headings
• Alignment on section headings should be left aligned
• Should we align datasets of a group to the left instead of middle? We probably should...sorry for the late realization on this. Design 101: We should avoid mixing and matching center alignments and middle alignments.
