Unclear which version is maintained

Hi,

The README of Science Parse https://github.com/allenai/science-parse#new-version-spv2 points to a new version, but this version https://github.com/allenai/spv2#this-project-is-no-longer-being-maintained says it is no longer maintained.

It would be helpful to make the status clearer: are users supposed to use version 2 or version 1?
