Project maintenance, especially after demise of bintray?

Last time I checked, it looked like recent versions of this project could not be used as library dependencies because they had been being published to bintray, which no longer exists. I seem to recall that versions at maven are outdated. Updates may now be going to an internal AllenAI repo, if anywhere. Could someone from AI2 describe how maintenance for this project is envisioned? Thanks.
