【需求单】
1、可以播放视频（本地 和 远程的）；
https://github.com/CoderZhuXH/XHLaunchAd 这个框架就可以播放视频，只是作者没有维护，但是可以看到作者的前瞻性，这么久了只是iOS系统Api升级造成的。
2、时间模块（计时器），单独用一个工具类进行封装，不要和业务代码裹在一起；
这是我自己封装的Timer框架https://github.com/295060456/JobsTimer
可以适当参考
