Remove all precompiled binary from the tree which contain LGPL code and can not be compiled from source

Please remove the current precompiled binaries libvdecoder.so and libvencoder.so from the tree, and make sure it can be rebuilt from the supplied sources.

These binaries in allwinner-zh/media-codec-lib reposotory needs to be removed until you can provide the full source code which is now required as they contain LGPL licenced code.
