ERROR: Connection refused/access denied

running jvmtop in ubuntu and it is giving ERROR: Connection refused/access 
denied
everytime.
attached logfile for the same.

I have provide full privileges to my jvmtop folder and made it root directory 
on linux.
If you are facing the same issue please provide full privileges to your jvmtop 
directory.
