Use case:
User Stories:
As a User, I must be able to create a post with title, content, images and gif.

Cannot exists a post without a content (empty post);
Cannot exists a post without an Author;
Cannot exists a post without a Creation Date;
Create a folder for Unit, Integration and E2E tests
Create the Application project for application layer
