make cards for admin specific

Hey there, happy to have you,

we want a blog card component renders on admin dashboard with the EDIT and DELETE Button, We are using Blogs card on /blogs routes

Changes Required:

• create a adminBlog card in components/admin folder

As you can see we are using BlogList component to render both, i.e admin card (on /admin/dashboard/blogs route) and user card (on /blogs route). But after the new component we can use admincard card for admin and BlogList card for the users
route
