Problem

In usability testing we saw users were unsure about if the changes they made were being saved as they went, for example deleting a question.

We believe that giving notifications of a previous action success to users will reassure them that what they have done has been changed.

Add notification banners to relevant pages with corresponding messages based on a successful action that the user has just performed, as per the mural board
