Filemaker has a 45 day free trial of it's on premises app.

Filemaker has two different products that we could use - Filemarker and Filemaker cloud.

There is a very useful comparison page that explains the key differences between the on premises and cloud versions of the product.

We do have budget for this product, but value for money will need to be considered in the overall decision when choosing the appropriate product.
