What

Once GOV.UK Frontend 3.13.0 has been released, update the Frontend Docs to use it.

Why

So that the Frontend Docs reflects the latest release of GOV.UK Frontend.

Who needs to know about this

Developers

Done when

  • Frontend Docs is using version 3.13.0
